10 Full Hours Of "Live" One-On-One Training Personal trainers are available daily from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM Pacific Standard Time including weekends. Working with your personal trainer via pcANYWHERE communications technology means that you will be sitting in front of your computer with a MedOffice™program open and you will be communicating verbally and on the screen with your trainer who is connected directly to you via phone and modem! The trainer can see everything you do on screen, and you can see everything the trainer does. You'll be in real-time communication! You'll have 100% of the trainer's attention. Learn Every Step With Live Exercises Your initial training will be conducted in sessions of 1 - 2 hours daily for one week. We have found this one-on-one training style to be extremely effective because with such personal attention and guidance, and no interruptions or distractions, you will learn quickly! Further, your personal training will be tailored to suit your individual needs. This learning method is efficient and convenient. If you know nothing about computers, your trainer will help you understand the important basics. If you are computer familiar or a whiz, you trainer won't waste your time with the basics.
